For more than 10 years, Concordia Welfare & Education Foundation has been collaborating with students and teachers from Concordia International School Shanghai. This intentional partnership has grown to include scholarship support, educational travel, a school club, curricular field visits, project involvement from school families, and more. Over the years students from elementary to high school have been advocates and/or involved with CWEF projects. Learn how you can deepen an existing partnership through strategic conversations.

About Rebekah…
Rebekah (Beka) House was born in Illinois and has lived in numerous places in the United States. Her love for culture and language learning, however, has led her to travel the world to teach children and train teachers. In 2008, she graduated with a B.S. in Education from Concordia University-Texas and has a Masters Degree in Literacy, Language, and Culture Education from Indiana University. Beka taught at Concordia Middle School and Language Academy in Chiayi, Taiwan for three years where she specialized in literacy education, before she joined the faculty of Concordia International School Shanghai. She is passionate about teaching the Bible and sharing the Gospel.
