Inspired by Acts 1:8, J2e3 focuses on helping people bring Jesus to… Everyone, Everywhere, Everyday. This Model workshop will showcase the outreach program of Concordia Lutheran Church, San Antonio, Texas, and will provide attendees with ideas and steps to start or grow a mission program. You will learn how to develop age-appropriate witness opportunities that will teach students and adults how to build relationships, talk about Jesus, and support the needs of the people you are serving.
Julie Tucker was born and raised in the Chicago area, and moved to San Antonio, Texas in 2001. Julie is married to Bill Tucker and they have four children; three of their children are in college and their oldest son is living with the Lord. She loves photography, hikes in the mountains, outdoor activities, reading and spending time with her family.
Julie is blessed to be a part of an amazing church family at Concordia Lutheran Church, where she leads the mission program. She has a deep passion for those who do not know Jesus, and loves to talk about Him to family, friends and strangers. Out of that passion, Julie co-founded J2e3 (Jesus to everyone, everywhere, everyday) to help promote missions and celebrate Great Commission work around the world.
Her life verse is, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Julie’s current action verse is, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” John 3:30
