Lovejoy “Eljay” Mendoza Abadiano is an experienced educational leader and business professional from the Philippines. He currently serves as Chairman and President of Vox Dei Academy, where he has led initiatives in curriculum development, institutional growth, and values-based education since 2006. He is actively engaged in international and national educational networks, serving as a Council Member of the Global Protestant Education Network (GPEN) based in Germany and as Vice President and International Affairs Director of the Philippine Lutheran Education Association (PLEA). Through these roles, he contributes to strengthening collaboration and advancing quality Christian education. Eljay holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Management. Prior to his work in education, he gained valuable experience in the finance sector as a Portfolio Analyst at Bankard, Inc. Known for his strategic mindset and passion for curriculum development, he is highly motivated to foster innovation in education while remaining rooted in Christian values. He is also deeply interested in social and political issues, reflecting his broader commitment to community engagement and nation-building. As a Lutheran, Eljay integrates faith and leadership in his work, advocating for holistic education that nurtures both academic excellence and character formation.
